Answer
Hi Thomas

The guideline for short-term treatment which does not require tapering is 14 days.

Has the doctor approached the possibility that your asthma may have progressed to COPD (bronchitis/emphysema)?

If you go back to my personal information, I request background information to give me better insight into your problem. A lot has to do with the surroundings in which you live and work. Please review that, and get back to me with more detailed information. Also, what is your kitchen like? Open flame cooking, electric stove, etc.?

I am working long hours this week, and should be able to respond no later than next Tuesday.

Thanks!

Sincerely,

Marc
