Question
i am suffering from continuous cough and wheezing for the past two months.initially i was taking english medicine.for the past 5 months i am taking ayurvedha medicine.stll i have not come out of it.now i feel like trying humidifier.will that be useful?is tat advisable?help me out

Answer
Hello Suganya,

What type of physician was prescribing the "english" medicines? A regular physician or a specialist in lung medicine? Did the doctor follow up with you monthly to note whether you were making progress?

Ayurvedic medicines are outside my area of expertise, and it would be inappropriate for me to comment on them.

You should be seeing the physician on a regular basis, also showing the doctor what ayurvedic treatments you are taking, to insure that there is no interference.

If your environment is dry, a humidifier would be an option to try, but be sure is is very clean to begin with. You don't want it putting mold or bacteria into the air.

Wish I could help you more.

Sincerely,

Marc
