You were born during the year of the Metal Pig, month of the Earth Dog, day of the Water Sheep and hour of the Water Rat.
By the way, in Chinese Astrology, the new day begins at 11pm, so I used 23 October for your date of birth.
Your elements are very unbalanced in that you have a lot of Water and no Fire in your chart. This means your chi (energy/life force) fluctuates significantly. For you there is a definite pattern.
You start out strong at Birth, but your chi decreases in the next two periods, Youth and Maturation, when it hits a low. It rises again to (high) normal in Mid-life and continues about normal for the rest of your life.
To be honest it is unlucky to have a low at Maturation, as that is the time you are going about starting a career and family. You are nearing the end of this difficult time.
It may take a while before you feel your energy level to be increasing. Now, what all this about chi means is it reflects your ability to take advantage of opportunities and to deal with challenges. In general it suggests your chances of being successful at each of the five stages.
