I have charted your horoscope and my analysis for marriage prospects are as follow :
You have born under Makara lagna and your Moon sign is dhanu.
As regards marriage, your 7th lord is Moon and its placed in 12th house.This is the cause of delay. Further, your Mars placed in 8th house would displease the astrologers as they assess your chart for compatibility purpose.
