if mars is in the 7th house along with south node what does it indicate.also the lord of 7th house i.e saggitarius(jupiter) in my case is in the 5th house(libra),along with moon,saturn,sun,mercury,venus.my asendent is geminai.people say it is weird that u have such an odd chart!!is it funny?

Hi Treasa,

I'm not sure why people say your chart is odd.  Every chart is unique, individual, and we are all 'odd' in one way or another if compared with some stereotype. Your chart might be 'odd' if you were missing a planet or two, but other than that, it is just a unique portrait of you.

Planets in the 7th house show parts of yourself that become very active when you relate to others on a one-to-one level.
They either describe how you tend to act in relationships, or, if you project the energy, the type of people you tend to attract. So, either you can be aggressive and forceful in intimate relationships, or else you draw that type of person to you.  

People with Mars in the 7th need to do two things:
1. Own their Mars. Accept that you have an aggressive side, desires, and passions, and that it is ok to have them.  In that way, you will not project them onto other people and attract the aggressive types.
2. Learn how to keep your aggressive nature under control when dealing with other people, especially members of the opposite sex, because if you don't, there can be a lot of trouble in relationships!

Wherever the South Node lies is an area where you came into life with an awareness. If you believe in reincarnation, you could say that you've already learned the major lessons here. The opposite house, where the North Node lies, shows where you must focus to grow and develop in this life.  

South Node in the 7th/North Node in the 1st shows that you should not focus on relationships as your reason for being.
Don't 'live for others'....rather, in this life, develop your own personal power. You were put on earth in this lifetime to express yourself, be creative, not dependent on
others.

Ruler of the 7th in the 5th, along with a stellium of other
planets, shows that you have a lot of creative energy, and that you should find ways to express in, that you need to do
your own thing, express your passions, get into art, or writing, or some other creative field, take risks, try new things.  Be a leader in some way, or at least, not a follower. Many people with this heavy emphasis on the 5th are artists, although another common expression is working with children, helping to direct them.
