QUESTION: Does an aspect between a midpoint in one person's chart (for example VE/MA MP) to the midpoint of the same kind (VE/MA MP) has any meaning? For example I noticed in such kind of midpoint synastry between two persons many conjunctions and squares between their midpoints of the same kind. Does it has any special meaning and what it could be?

ANSWER: Thank you for your excellent question, Predrag.

My answer is no...and yes.

First, the no:
Midpoints have no independent existence. If you look at an individual's chart, there are many, many midpoints.  The person has an ongoing set of experiences with in their life tied into every midpoint that has a natal planet in hard aspect to it (conjunction, square, and opposition, and to a lesser extent, semi-square and sesquiquadrate.)
If a person has no hard aspect to a particular aspect, then it lies as if dormant until one of a few things occurs, which I will get to shortly.

If a person has two sets of midpoints near each other, they still do not activate each other.  They are all pretty much dormant...again until something activates them.  

Think of the midpoints as the union of two types of energy.  
But the energy is not channeled if there is no hard aspect to it...it just 'is'.  

And if two people meet, and they have midpoints linked up, but no hard aspects from one chart to the midpoint in the other chart....then energy just 'is'. There is no energy transfer, because nothing is activating the midpoints in either chart.

What can channel the midpoint energy when there is no natal aspect to it?  One of the following:

Either a planet transits in hard aspect to it, or a progressed planet makes a hard aspect to it.  At this time, the energies represented by that planet are activated by the
transit or progression, and the person feels them come alive, so to speak.   
If the person has two sets of midpoints coinciding, then the transit or progression actives both sets at same time, and there is a blending of four types of energy tapped by the transit or progression. (Some people may have three, or even
more, midpoints near each other, but the principle is the same.)

So here comes the YES.

EVERY TIME a transit hits the midpoints in one chart, it will hit the midpoint in the other.  Transits will activate these energies, bringing about shared experiences.
EVERY TIME one of them experiences a progression aspecting the midpoints, they will go through a period of connectedness related to this.
And finally, EVERY TIME the couple meets another person who has a planet in hard aspect to the mutual midpoints, the couple will share a reaction for good or bad to this person.

QUESTION: It is not a question, I was so amazed with what I found in that astrology geometry that would like to share with someone.
It is very strange I noticed that these aspects between midpoints are vert tight, less then 1 degree, often less then 0.5 deg or less, so nothing can be by chance. Of course, there are other planetary synastry as weel as midpoints/planets synastry between these persons and I think that can be what activates these midopints synastry aspects.

I can be sure, just feel that such strange midpoints synastry could mean something very unique and fated in that realtionsip, because almost all Venus midpoints between one and the other person aspects eachother either as conjunction either as squares:

MO/VE 21.11 Le, 20.06 Sco
VE/MA 11.55 vi, 10.11 vir
VE/JU 18.46 Li, 18.58 Cap
VE/NE 9.41 Li, 9.32 Cap
VE/PL 9.07 Vi, 8.27 Sag

They don't have Venus/Uranus midpoints synastry because they have Venus opposition Uranus (maybe it is what activates?), similar with SU/VE, they have Sun trine Venus and ME/VE, they have Mercury opposes Venus and more wide orb (5.3) Venus square Mercury.

VE/SA MP sextiles eachother 8.11 Sco, 7.33 Li
SU/MO MP 3.35 Le 4.11 Sco
SU/MA MP 23.34 Le, 24.16 Le
SU/PL 21.46 Le, 22.32 Sco
Extremelly strange.

I would say that, with so many interactions between your midpoint configurations, that there is a definite reason for you two to be in a relationship.  There are shared experiences you two must have, mutual lessons to learn.
