What does Pluto in Scorpio conjunct midheaven in Libra indicate?

Pluto in Scorpio is an entire generation of the
population as Pluto changes signs only about every
15-20 years or so on average (Moon changes signs
every 2-3 days on average, Sun changes signs 12
times per year, etc.).
Conjunct MC (midheaven) means it's angular (1st,
4th, 7th, or 10th), as the MC is the 10th house
cusp, so it's considered to be part of the 10th,
despite the sign of Libra on the cusp.
This placement (in an angular house) symbolically
lifts the energy of Pluto in the natal chart, gives
it more potency.
10th can be considered where you are headed, your
career, your status, etc., so Pluto conjunct the 10th
cusp (or in the 10th) could indicate power struggles
in your career, desire for power, authority in your
profession, agent of transformative energy, possible
domineering behavior, control and power issues etc.
The sign of Scorpio is ruled by Mars according to
the ancients. The modern ruler is Pluto. Factor that
into the equation (see where Mars is and how it is
in the natal chart, if you're speaking of a natal
chart).
But please note that the energy of any single
indicator, such as Pluto in Scorpio conjunct the MC,
is either supported or mitigated by the energy of
the other 500+ indicators.
One indicator means very little, sort of like telling
a meteorologist "...the wind is from the north right
now..." and not telling him or her the location
(mountains? sea? S. Europe? N. Japan? S.E. U.S.?)
and any other data.
