Hi Vic

I have a question about the sentence below.

"Obsidian is effective when carried or used in protective rituals. One involves surrounding a white candle with four obsidian arrowheads that each point to one of the directions. This sets up aggressive energies that guard the place in which it is set up."

--- How is that possible that "aggressive energies" can guard??? Do you have any idea, Vic?

Well this is not related to astrology at all, but occultism in general. Imagine that the 4 arrowheads are bodyguards protecting the candle. In essence you are symbolically setting four very agressive and powerful bodyguards to protect you from the north south east and west.
