Question
when does one becomes famous in life ? what are the
combinations or rules for seeing if one can be famous. is
there any rule pertaining to few house whose lords if good
give fame

Certainly.

In this answer "strong" will mean that the thing in question is primarily affected by benefic planets and is itself placed beneficially in the horoscope by sign/house/etc., and weak will mean that the opposite

Firstly the first house must be strong. The stronger the first house the stronger the self-confidence, without which one cannot rise to fame.

Secondly the 10th house must be strong. This house shows your social status. Without a strong 10th house strength in the 1st house will produce self confidence, charisma, and the like - but a lack of recognition of the same by the general public.

Thirdly the 7th house should not be weak, and if it is strong and associated with leadership planets (Sun, Mars, for example) it will help the person have public reconition and be interested in the same.
