Hi! Would you please tell me if pluto and trans pluto ever trine or sextile with each other? Are there any aspects involving these two in the same aspect? Are any of them lucky?

Also you are asking a question about Western Aspect systems, while I am a Vedic Astrologer.

Nonetheless, yes of course it will happen that pluto will eventually move into a 120º or a 60º position from where it was at the time of birth. As for the meaning, I give no meaning to Pluto.
