I've been told once my chart is a successful one, and that
it contains a certain potentail for fame/recognition...
what do you think,giving the fact i want to become a fashoin designer?

Well I've looked at both your Four Pillars and Purple Star charts.

The best indicator to support what you've been told is that the Fame catalyst is attached to the Purple Star (The Emperor) in your chart. It is significant that the most important star has the Fame indicator attached to it for you. It appears in your Properties Palace, which governs the decade of your life from age 33 to 42.

To be honest, I'd have been happier if you told me you were going into sales, especially real estate, or marketing than fashion design. You have a lot of Water (communications, sales, travel) in your chart but not that much Wood (creativity). Still, this means you could be good at selling/marketing your designs.

Also, you were born in the year of the Wood Rat, month of the Fire Rat, day of the Metal Ox and hour of the Water Snake. With a Snake and two Rat signs you probably have a lot of charisma. This probably gives you a great ability to influence people and win fame.
