Question
Hello Tess,

Here's my birth info:
March 3, 1964, 10:45 a.m., Atlanta, GA

I think it's "a year for a day," but it seems odd that I am still in Aries (progressed Sun)?

Also, I don't know how to calculate the Progressed Moon -- would much appreciate some info on this!

Thanks much,
Catherine

Answer
Catherine,

It is one day/a year indeed...

You were born roughly around 12 degrees Pisces.  You then entered Aries - around 18 - to spend 30 years there... Still a couple years or so to go!

The moon will stay roughly 2 1/2 years in a sign and is of utmost importance for timing. Once you calculate what angle your sun progressed, you need to check an ephemeris to see where the planets were on that day.   For example, the day you turned 10, you would have referred to a chart for March 13, 1964.

I would recommend to go to Astro.com.  They let you produce an impressive number of free charts.  The more precise, the better...

Good luck!!!
Tess
