i was born in October and the pre natal eclipse solar occurred in April; however
another eclipse occurred 3 days after my birth.  which one would i be most
affected by?

Answer
The eclipse prior to your birth has negligible effect. The eclipse occurring 3 days after your birth may be significant - particularly if your ascendant is Leo and/or if you were born into a chronological cycle involving the Sun.
