I am sorry you are going through such a hard time.

I can't answer such lenghty/in depth questions on this forum.
By looking at your chart briefly, I could see that the classical ruler of your chart is facing tough aspects from Pluto, amongst others...  Pluto is a harsh planet, bringing about periods of turmoil and regeneration.  The type of experience where one needs to let go of their previous life to be born to their new life.  Pluto is also transiting through your tenth house, which might explain your question about your professional life.
