I have charted your horoscope and my observations wrt your query are as follow :

I wonder, if you could not get guidance from my previous response about your desire to go abroad. Going abroad doesn't seem favourable for you.
I would suggestion you to shift your focus from 'going abroad' to some other creative area in this country itself.
