Astrology/other people's neptunes in my 12th house

Question
I have two people moving in with me very soon. Both have their neptunes in
libra falling within a couple of degrees of my 12th house cusp(17 degrees
libra).
In my own chart i have neptune transiting the fourth house..probably for the
rest of my life. I'm 63 years old. I take care of my mother who has
alzheimers. i read somewhere that nep transiting the 12th house means
spirituality in the home and/or taking care of a confused person.
Then i've read here and there...how other people's planets in ones 12th house
can mean things like illness...taking care of someone with illness...and i got
scared and thought...are these two people going to end up taking care of me
or me taking care of them and i freaked out. Please tell me someone how this
could be a positive thing..and go gently on the negatives. Thank you.

Don't worry, Neptune would not bother you much. I am afraid your MOM would warrant much of your services. Serving parents is a heavenly duty performed on earth.
Please tell me whether you are a female and if you have knee joint pains? This physical symptoms would give me some clues to suggest you remedial measures.
