I am really sorry for not being able to respond to your query for a reasonably long time. I was sick followed by a death incident of one of my near relative.
Any how, now I have charted the horoscope for your brother and my observation regarding his marriage is as under:-
He is born under Kumbha Lagna and his Moon rasi is in Karka. At present he is passing through Budh/Guru dasha.
His 7th house, the house signifying marriage and relationship is aspected by Jupiter considered to be most benefic planet.
