You were born in a year when the planets had some very difficult aspects many of your generation feel life has not been easy. You were born at a time when the worldly plane was experiencing many changes, pulling away from the traditional people wanted the new they wanted things different from the standard, you chart has that issue for you personally. You are also experiencing a new Moon by progression, this means its a time when you can have a new start in life. On a health level it indicates a time when  you need to take care of yourself eat healthy foods, get enough rest and don't worry so much.  I think next year you will see your finances improve.
