Question
Hello, I was born Oct 23, 1981. I was born around 6:30 pm in Indianapolis, Indiana. I trying to figure out which sign I actually belong to. I think I find traits of both Libra and Scorpio in me. Can you help with this?

Your Sun is 00 degrees, 28 minutes Scorpio, so officially you "are a Scorpio." Uranus is also in Scorpio.

Had you been born at 7:12 a.m. or earlier in the same time zone on the same date (Sun sign changes vary each year), you would have a Libra Sun.

However, Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto are all in Libra.

Thus, you have a healthy amount of both signs.
