Congratulation's, having a grandchild is wonderful I have three of them myself. Your granddaughter is a Taurus with a Sagittarius Moon and an Aquarian Ascendant. Her ascendant degree is zero, her Moon is two degree's and her Sun is 29 degrees. So she is at the very beginning and the very end of her signs.  Her Sun is very well placed, its in the fourth house trine Jupiter and conjunct Venus she will be very loved.  Good Luck with her
