i just found out about the cusps thing and i'm apparently a capricorn not a capricorn/aquarius cusp.. and i seriously DO NOT feel like a capricorn, i like to take risks.. i jump out of windows just to see if it hurts, i do double backflips and everything in gymnastics, i live life to its fullest.. im a huge risk-taker and i certainly am not prudent.. i jump at every option possible to have fun. and i so am not shy, i run up and hug people who i don't even know.. sometimes i even ask them out just to see what they say. and i'm not hardworking that's for sure! hah

but i'm not a capricorn/aquarius cusp that's for sure.. my birthday is on january 15.. all i know is that i don't feel like a capricorn?! or is there something else i need to know?!

If you were born Jan 15 of any year you are a Capricorn.  You are not on the cusp so your issues have to do with something else.  Not every Capricorn acts the same, we only have 12 signs so if all signs acted the same way with every person we would only have 12 personality types in the world.  You are an individual with a horoscope, an astrologer would need to look at your whole chart to see the totality of who you are. Each planet in your chart has a different meaning so the sign its in will allow  you to know how you act and react in that area of your life. The way astrolgoy works is the signs are the energy, the planets are how that energy is used and the houses are where the energy is used. All the word cusp means is on the edge, in science its on the edge of a circle astrologers use it as a definition for a boundary line between signs or houses. If you are born on the day the Sun is changing signs you are considered on the cusp of a sign, but no just the Sun does this all the planets change signs, so you can have more than one of them on the cusp, its the same with the houses. Astrology is very mathematical, that is why we need the day month year time and place of birth to determine a horoscope. So if your on the cusp it mean mathematically  you have not yet entered the next phase.  A sign ends at 30 degrees and begins at zero degrees that moment in between in the cusp
