Question I have Saturn and Pluto both in Scorpio in the tenth house. My Midheaven is on
the cusp of libra-scorpio. What do these placements mean?

Answer That is a very powerful combination, whenever Saturn and Pluto are in conjucntion you find powerful forces in your life. These two planets together often indicate a very structed life, or a structured childhood where you learned disciplin. Of course the entire chart needs to be looked at to see how this works. In the tenth hosue you can bring this structure into your career. It gives an ability to set a goal and the drive to go after it regardless of the odss.
It can indicate a very successful career, but struggles getting to it, you may have the lessons of understand your own personal power, you may work hard to reach into yourself and be comfortable with who you are and what you want to accomplsih.
You may also deal with people seeing you as very differnt than you are, since the tenth represents, among other things, how your seen by the public you may have a reputation for being stern or hard to deal with, its a combo that finds you in power struggles, but you are very capable of dealitn wth them. Its a lesson to help you hang onto your own power and how to control or handle it..
This combo can also indicate issues with authority figures, you tend to do what you feel is the right thing, this does not always work for the establishment or authorites so you may feel a constant struggle becuase of it.
