Hello sir,
if the acsedent is in Scorpio then 6th house shall be aries. if the lord mars is in 7th house , will mars be benefic or malefic? what shall be the result of mars for sixth house?

Thank you for coming to me with your question.

The following holds true regardless of where Mars is located in a horoscope:

1) Mars is naturally malefic in all charts at all times, so this planet should be analyzed accordingly in all cases. Additionally, Mars will be either functionally benefic, functionally malefic, or functionally neutral depending on the Lagna (Ascendant).

2) For Scorpio Lagna, Mars is a functional benefic in matters pertaining to the 1st house, since the Ascendant is both a kendra and a trikona at the same time. However, for matters pertaining to the 6th house, Mars becomes functionally malefic.  Overall, then, we could say that Mars is functionally neutral (meaning that it confers both auspicious and inauspicious results) for Scorpio Lagna.

Mars, being both naturally malefic and functionally malefic for 6th house matters in a Scorpio Lagna chart, will give inauspicious results pertaining to the 6th house. In the 7th house, Mars can result in any or all of the following results (depending on its overall condition): the spouse could be sickly, the spouse could be an enemy, the spouse could be overly concerned with cleanliness and hygiene (a hypochondriac), the spouse could have dealings with the judicial system, the native could suffer from ailments relating to the 7th house (especially if the sign of Libra is also afflicted), the native's work could involve struggling to run a business, or the native's work could involve dealing with unpleasant clients/customers.

[As a side note, I should also mention that Mars in the 7th could at the same time produce auspicious 1st house results by linking the 1st and 7th houses together, despite the fact that Kuja Dosha and marana karaka status are introduced into the overall picture thereby.]
