Question
My birthdate is 7/23/1979 and I was born in Glen Ridge, NJ at 1:13AM.
I would like to know my exact cusp (I've been told I am on one) and what my
moon/sun signs are. Also, I've been reading a lot about Saturn's return in my
life. Can you possibly tell me when to expect that and is it the same for all, or
do certain signs/birth dates experience different things during this? I
seriously feel like it's been going on for the past year already and is only
growing worse/more persistent.

According to the birth data you supplied, your Sun
is at 29 degrees, 46 minutes Cancer. That's very late
Cancer, so yes, your Sun is on the cusp of Cancer
and Leo.

The Sun entered Leo at approximately 6:49 a.m. on
the morning of your birth, EDT. Had you been born
at 6:49 a.m. or later instead of 1:13 a.m. on that
day in the same location, you would have a Leo Sun.

By "exact cusp," you must mean the degree, which
I've stated above.

Your Moon is at about 20 degrees Cancer. I'd also
consider it to be the most potent heavenly body
in your charts.

Your Ascendant ("Rising sign") is Taurus, Mars in
Gemini, Moon Venus and Sun in Cancer, Jupiter and
Mercury in Leo, Saturn in Virgo, etc.

Saturn return, the first one, is around age 28-29
for everyone, as that's how long it takes to move
all the way around the horoscope.

Saturn is at about 6 degrees Virgo now. It entered
the sign of Virgo September 2007. It takes about 2.5
years to move through each sign.

So, by sign you are having your Saturn return now.
By degree, it's exact end of August, next month.

Saturn return is different for everyone, but it
has been said that it's a time when the person
gains his or her soul. It's generally a time
when you move into a more definite life direction
if you haven't already. It's a time when it's
common to shed that which isn't really part of
one's path. This is mostly why it can be
challenging. But in my opinion, it get's too
much blame.

It's different for everyone though because
everyone has unique natal charts and timing.

Since Saturn isn't one of the major players
in your basic chart, I suspect there are other
indicators that are symbolizing challenges.

That's right, it appears to me as if Saturn
isn't to blame (symbolically) in your case.

You ask if I can tell you what to expect with
your Saturn return. Sorry, as I say on my

Please don't rate my answer based on this, as
my knowledge of the Saturn return dynamic is
vast.

What to expect depends on the other considerations,
not just a Saturn return, as the energy of any
single indicator is either wiped out or it's
supported.
