OK ...IHAVE A FRIEND WHO SAYS IM NOT A REAL LEO.
AND SINCE I WAS BORN AUGUST 22..THE LAST DAY OF LEO...HE CLAIMS IT MAKES ME A WEAKER LEO THAN HIM.
MY QUESTION IS!
IS A LEO STRONGER THAN A LEO VIRGO CUSP??????

This is such a Leo question, who is stronger than who. To be honest you cannot say from just the sun sign or being born on the cusp you need to look at the entire chart. The sun does not enter a sign the same moment every year, for Leo sometimes its the 22 sometimes its the 23. If you send me your birth information I will look at your chart and let you know how strong Leo is in it. If you have the time and place that will allow me to calculate the exact degree of your sun.
