Subject: significance of 2 people's planets in same degrees

Question
hi,
was wondering about the significance of the relationship or possible reasons karmically for 2 people who both have 3 planets in the same degree of the same sign:

both have venus 2 libra and pluto 3 libra
both have uranus in 20 libra (person A having mars conjunct uranus at 20 libra)
person A has all in 6th house, person B in 4th house

thank you!

Answer
The Pluto and Uranus are a generational placement, and it means you were born in the 70's when both planets occupied those placements. Its not uncommon for a lot of people to have that similarity in the natal chart.  But the Venus being the same degree is a little more unusual.  I need to look at an entire chart to determine if its karmic or what it really indicates.  But in general is shows a similar way of approaching how to get what you as well as the type of love nature each has.  That placement can indicate a compulsiveness in relationships a feeling of fatedness in them.  The signifcance of Venus at 2 degrees in both charts is more than that of the outer planets but since Venus never moves very far from the Sun anyone born the same year and month as another person has a higher than average chance of having a similar Venus placement. So its a little unusual but none of it is so unusual that its unheard of.
