I WAS BORN NOVEMBER 22, 1971 IN CORBIN,KENTUCKY AT 651 PM. I WAS BORN ON A CUSP DAY AND WAS HELPING YOU COULD HELP ME FIGURE OUT IF I AM SCORPIO OR SAGITARIUS. I DEFINATELY SEE MORE SCORPIO TRAITS TO MY PERSONALITY BUT IN READING HORISCOPES ETC IT IS ALWAYS DIFFERENT.

Had you been born at 6:13 p.m. in the same location, you
would have a Scorpio Sun.
However, with the birth data you provided, you have a
Sagittarius Sun.
You also have Neptune, Jupiter, Mercury, and Venus in
Sagittarius. That's a lot of Sagittarius energy.
You also have Sagittarius as the sign on the 7th
house cusp. The 7th house is an angular house (a strong
house--as is 1st, 4th and 10th), so its energy is more
symbolically potent. Therefore, this shows a further
potency of the sign of Sagittarius in your basic natal
chart, beyond that of Scorpio.
In your basic natal chart, you have no planets in the
sign of Scorpio.
However, you may have some comprehensive astrological
indicators, or some numerological indicators that
represent a Scorpio type of energy, the type that
you've sensed you have.
The Sun changes signs on different days each year, so
you really have to narrow it down to the hour and
minute. One year it will change on the 21st, then the

I'm
happy to answer general astrology questions, such as identifying a particular Moon sign or Sun sign that happens to be on the cusp, or identifying an Ascendant (Rising sign) or a ruler (or rulers) of a particular house, etc.

relationships, etc.) cusp sign is Virgo, so which planet rules the house
considering I have no planets in that house?"
