Your YOD is a tight one and very interesting as the YOD is a part of the bucket pattern in your chart. When you have a pattern like this you tend to point all your energy towards Saturn, in your case it can mean challenges between family and work, I also think you have some major karmic issues to work out with family, their is a good chance because of a family member you have a difficult time getting where you want to get in life.  You may also need to learn to become a little more open with people you are a superficial open, your challenge is to really let people in.  Your chart indicates someone who really wants to make a difference in the world you have strong leadership qualities, but they may not always be obvious because you hold back who you are.

Another thing this YOD can do is cause you to want to shrink into peace and solitude, but you keep getting forced out into the world and dealing with worldly, as well as family issues.
