Namaskar Sir, i have the below ? I work in software technology (IT/Computers ),currently for a Bank in USA. I have not received any good bonuses till date after working hard and intelligently for my employer which happen to be the U.S Bank/s since last 8 yrs. When can i get a job change which will reward me financially and what is the highest position i will achieve in my field.
