Question
I'm a scorpio and my north node is virgo. I just read a book explaining north nodes and it helped not to feel like mad person. It feels like I always end up at the same place, single, jobless, friendless, broke and having to buld my life up from scratch. I did really well in my career but somehow seem to burn out to much. And back to squer one I am. Then I ahve to work so ahrd jsut getting back onto my feet it feels like every one moves on with life and I am always at the same place. Do you have any advice for me to get myself on 'north node' tendencies in place. I have to look for work but my self esteem are zero due to nit working for a while. All my charts done with prof numerologists or astrologist say I have to work on the Executive Level and up in companies only, but I never get there.I do struggel with daydreaming, escaping, eating anything not to focus on the real world. It's so hard just to do the basics for me. Like waking up. Any advice

Its difficult to give a full assessment of your node without look at the entire chart, no one placement should be taken in and of itself without looking at the rest of the chart.  I will point out a couple of thought as a Scorpio you are going to have many times in your life that your life crash and you have to rebuild its the nature of the energy of Scorpio, all about hitting bottom and coming back up, all about transforming energy from one place to another, you will also affect others around you on that level also, you more than likely have to deal with constant challenges from others because of this.  The North Node in Virgo means the South Node is in Pisces, since its easier to fall into he energy of the South Node we tend to exhibit the tendencies of it very easily, with a Piscine South Node you can fall into feeling used and victimized.  Your struggle is to stay away from the pattern, its difficult to do so as your Scorpio nature can use that falling into the well of victimization to find out how to rebuild. The North Node is asking you to offer your abilities to teach and help others how to make the most of their lives. Remember the polarity of Virgo and Piscine is the polarity of service, Virgo wants and needs to fix, "things", Pisces wants and needs to fix "feelings" and "emotions".  So the combination make you a person who needs to help others find themselves for you to find yourself.  I am not sure I would encourage executive level jobs, as much as I would recommend jobs that allow you to make a difference in lives.  You would make a great therapist, your a problem solver, your also one who knows how to make the  most out of the resources avilable.  Without the entire chart its difficult to pick an exact direction.

The best book On the market about the nodes is one written by Steven Forest, called Yesterday's Sky, I would highly recommend it.
