I have two water grand trines in my chart.  The first is a grand trine among a scorpio moon, cancer sun and pisces mars (houses 1, 4, 8 respectively)  The second water trine is scorpio saturn, cancer mercury and pisces mars ((houses 1, 4, 8, respectively).

Can you tell me what this might mean?

These denote an hypersensitivity.  Also grand trine signifies things that come easy through life, whatever the difficulties, everything turns out fine...

The only danger with this configuration is that things come so easily that you might lack the agressivity/drive to get things moving... Squares in your chart might be helpful...
