Your sister is under mahadasha of Venus and antardasha of Moon is running. Antardasha of Mars will start from March 2011. Current mahadasha and antardasha periods are  not favourable to her. Possibility of surgery can not be rule out. Get performed Chandra+Shukra+Mangal+Ketu Shanti Havan. Tell your sister to read Ganesh Arthavsheesh and Hanuman Baahuk daily. She should light five Deepaks of Til oil on every Tuesday and Saturday in any Hanumanji temple.  God bless.
