You are an intelligent person and I am sure, you are competent enough to handle the situation at your work place. Anyway, you are under Rahu Mahadash and pratayanter of Venus is running it means time till April 2011 is favourable to you. You may hear some good news this year. Idea of swithing over is also not bad. You should wear Emerald in silver ring in right hand's little finger and Opal in five metals ring in right hand's ring finger.God bless you.
