Hi Tess,
Oppositions cause attraction and conflict at the same time.Neptune and the Ascendant.What does one persons Neptune opposite anothers ascendant cause?
Having Neptune in the other's 7th house in not considered an opposition, but is interpreted in the 7th house...
This is however a generational planet, and, unless aspected, it doesn't have a major influence... Neptune speaks about illusions, dissolution, it might be the sign of a relationship that doesn't get fully committed, in terms of marriage prospects.
Once again, look at the aspects...
