He was born on Jan. 20th of this year. Some horoscopes say Capricorn while others say Aquarius. He was born at 9:48 am. Thanks!

You didn't list the location of birth, which
is important.

But in this case, almost anywhere in the world
at that time and on that date includes an
Aquarius Sun. Even Australian Eastern time zone
includes an Aquarius Sun at that time and on
that date (barely).

January 20, 2009 at 9:48 a.m. in Tokyo Japan
includes an Aquarius Sun.

January 20, 2009 at 9:48 a.m. in New York City or
Los Angeles CA also includes an Aquarius Sun.
Anyplace in the U.S. it's Aquarius at that time
and on that date.

The Sun sign doesn't always change on the same day
each year. It can vary a few days.
