the two of us
I'm a male Leo/Earth Goat (08/20/1979) and this girl I've been seeing for a couple of weeks is a Leo/Fire Rabbit (08/21/1987)  I'm curious as to your thoughts on this matching.  I find that we get a long great for the most part...hand-in-hand & arm-in-seems so natural at times.  Other times she seems slightly detached  & hard to read...her affections are definitely felt more through actions than words it seems.  FAR different than my Cancer/Pig ex girlfriend.  Yet I'm still drawn & intrigued but fear I may get hurt.

From a Chinese Astrology perspective this match has a 62% compatibility rating, which is good but not great. It has a decent chance of lasting and bringing you the happiness you seek.

Well, there are several things in your charts. As for being detached and hard to read, she is a Rabbit sign. They tend to be that way. Also, if she's been hurt in a relationship in the past, you have to be really careful. Rabbit is the sign that has the most difficulty picking themselves up off the floor after they've been knocked down. Then, after, they often find it hard to trust other people.

You are going to have to work to keep her affections. She is strong Fire, while you are strong Earth. This is actually favorable but does present a problem. Strong Fire is the charismatic, cheerleader type, while strong Earth is just the opposite. You will have to make a big effort to keep it interesting, be more wild and, or, adventurous occasionally than you might like.

As long as you successfully deal with these two challenges, you should have a good chance of success here.
