My birthday is April 7, 1984. How compatible am I with a guy who's birthday is July 6, 1977. Thanks in advance.

Hi Jennifer,

You were born during the year of the Wood Rat, month of the Earth Dragon and day of the Metal Sheep.

He was born during the year of the Fire Snake, month of the Fire Horse and day of the Wood Rat.

From a Chinese Astrology perspective this match has a 65% favorable compatibility rating, which is very good. It has a nice chance of lasting and bringing you the happiness you seek.

The only thing i would worry about is he has two, strong Fire signs, while you have little Fire and lots of Earth. He is probably very active and charismatic and probably desires that kind of person. That, however, is not characteristic of someone with a lot of Earth....in fact just the opposite. There is thus a fair possibility he could eventually be charmed away by someone from the Snake or Horse compatibility group (Tiger, Dog, or Ox, Rooster) since you have none of those signs.

It's a good match and one worth pursuing. All I'm saying is don't get your hopes up too high.
