My dob is 13 nov 1982, 07:40 pm, New Delhi ,India.Recenlty i checked my element mix on a chinese astology wesite and it said.Wood 0, Fire 1, Earth 5, Metal 3 , Water 3.It also said that my elemnts are in harmony with the natural order.What does all this mean.How can i balance wood and fire elements in myself.

Well you can see from the numbers your elements are not in balance. I don't know what their comment, "in harmony with the natural order," means. According to the Tao Te Ching, anyone can follow the Tao and be in harmony with the natural order, so the comment is meaningless to me.

What is important, as you rightly surmised, is to make the best of your element mix.

As you can see, you lack Wood and Fire in your chart. They are thus your weaknesses. One way to deal with that is to make maximum use of your strength. In your case it's Earth. That means it is easier for you than most people to be in touch with Mother Earth/be spiritual. It should be most helpful for you to practice meditation and involve yourself in a serious yoga practice.

There are also physical things you can do. Make sure their are plenty of plants (Wood) in and around your home. Take walks in the woods or at least a wooded park. If you don't have a fireplace, light a candle each night to bring more Fire into your life.

You have plenty of Water in your chart, so don't go out of your way to spend time at the beach or otherwise add a lot more. The same goes for Metal. Metal controls Wood, so limit the amount of Metal jewelry you wear. There are other materials, especially Wood beads, you can use.
