Question
If ascendant is tauras and a person is VERY attractive, does that mean that Venus in his horoscope is very powerful and will bestow highly auspisious results in its mahadasha?

Answer
now we are going to discuss general principles, not specific interpretations. please bear that in mind. principles need to be combined and weighed out to make specific applications of interpretation.

as a principle, it is very likely for Taurus ascendants to be handsome/beautiful, and this is because Venus is the empowering planet of the constellation taurus. For example the paradigm of beauty, Sri Krishna is recorded as having incarnated under a Taurus ascendant.

There are many factors which will enhance the beauty of a taurus ascendant. Basically speaking (and this applies to any ascendant, really) benefics should influence the 1st house, and malefics should not. The 1st Lord additionally should be with benefics and in a strong sign and house and condition.

So for example Sri Krishna had Taurus ascendant with the Moon in Taurus. The moon is a classic benefic and is associated with feminity and beauty. The moon is exalted in Taurus. Krishna's moon was specifically in Rohini nakshatra within taurus, which is, IMO better than being exalted (technically it is "moolontrikona"). So an exalted Moon is in Krishna's first house which is Taurus... thus he is beautiful. Additionally Ketu is in his first house, which is an amplifier for whatever conditions he is put into. So in this case Ketu amplifies the effect of the exalted 1st house moon, creating beauty.

Krishna's venus (1st Lord) was in Libra, which is "svakshetri" or "her own sign" and was in a fabulous raja yoga with the yoga karaka Saturn.

So, to answer directly:::

NO, it does not AUTOMATICALLY mean that Venus must be very powerful, but it IS very likely that Venus is well placed and she and the first house have benefic influences if the ascendant is Taurus and the person is attractive. Therefore it is likely that there will be good results in the Venus mahadasha, but this is extremely general and hyptothetical.
