In vedic astrology is the saturn return period significant as well or is only "sade sati" important?

Also i was reading your past answers and came across Eboni from chicago Q and A, i too have this aspect but my question is how can you tell if some one is psychic or highly minded a lot of people pretend.

Your 7th House lord is Mercury. The 7th concerns your romantic relationships. Mercury is in the 12th House, the house of loss. Thus you are prone to suffer losses from your relationships. Mercury is conjunct with Ketu, the southern lunar node. Thus you are inclined to make relationships with people who are sinister, shady and undesirable.

Every return is significant in Vedic astrology, even lunar returns. The Saturn return is particular important since it is slower and more rare.

My answers to people in this forum are, by necessity somewhat generalized. However I do feel that an appropriate remedy for Ketu's affect on the 7th lord is to find a person who is psychic or spiritual as a basic generality. As for your question on how to tell if they truly are... well, I suppose you could read their horoscope to see if they are empowered in regards to Ketu and the 8th house, etc. Or you can just trust your own instincts and assesments of personalities just as you have to do to some degree in any potential relationships.
