Question
"Hi,

I am wearing blue sapphire (4.8 carot, embedded in gold)
since 1 month, but I don't see any plus or minus effects.
This stone is suggested by an astrologer whom I can really
trust. What could be the possible reason behind this?

I read somewhere that the stone ring should also have iron
in it, and it should pe energised with rituals (I didn't do
any such thing).

If I need to energize the stone, can I do it now? Can I
perform rituals for Saturn now and wear the ring again?

dear friend... as you have been running with Saturn's period, the astrologer might have suggested to wear a Blue saphire. He is correct in one way. For giving better results, you should do Sani japam and pray Hanuman  chalisa and also, do pradakshinams to  Jammi tree ( Shami vruksham).
But actually what is your problem. In your chart some other planets  are also weak.
Jupitor, Sun ,Mercury, And Mars.
I suggest you to wear a ring of Yellow saphire ( Kanak Pukhraj).
You will be blessed with normal harmony.
