What effect has transiting  Pluto when opposes natal Pluto and trines  natal Sun. I've also just had Saturn conjunct Midheaven. Life has suddenly become less eventful, Any ideas.

So, I don't ascribe importance to Pluto at all.

To be specific about your Saturn/Midheaven conjunction requires casting your chart and calculating your vedic planetary cycles to see which two planets are most active at this point in your life. But as a generality it is certainly quite reasonable to interpret Saturn's conjunction to the midheaven as a constriction and reduction in the amount of external, social, visible activity one engages in.
