Hello i'm very confused and have a few queries. I want to know which is the planet of marriage in natal charts. Is it juno or any other planet? Also if the house of marriage 7th house and that of romance, partnerships etc 5th house are both empty then is it too bad or what does it signify? How to predict or understand the marriage and partnership aspect of such a chart? Thank you for your time and patience.

VENUS, however is the planet who represents the 7th house and thus the planet who signifies Marriage and relationships.

Whichever planet rules the 7th house in an individual chart is even more important than Venus as the signifier of marriage and relationships.

Every house has a ruler, even an empty house. You can understand many of the effects to a house by interpreting the position of the planet who rules it. Aspects to the house itself (Vedic aspects) also affect the house almost as if the aspecting planet were there. The divisional charts reflect extra information about the houses as well, empty or not.
