Hi, I wanted to know if I am best suited for a Public Relations career or Event Management career. D.O.B 24-7-80, Time- 03:50 a.m, Birth Place-Gwalior,India.

Well, Monkey is a versatile sign, so it is likely you could do well in a variety of career fields.
Looking at your chart I see you lack Fire and only have a low average amount of Water. You do, however, have a high average amount of Earth.
Fire and Water provide important qualities for a public relations career and Earth for event management. Earth gives you a good sense of paying attention to details as well as (long range) planning ability. Water is for communications. Your communications skills should be adequate but not necessarily exceptional. A lack of Fire usually indicates a lack of charisma, which means you might fail to achieve the degree of influence over people and the amount of success you might wish to achieve.
