Thanks a lot for the reply. It is correct that my mind is bit unstable but the condition had got slightly better for the last few days, means earlier the things were worst at my present work place with lots of insecurity and uncertainity. Though the problems still exist I have adopted a cool approach tyowards things. Can you please tell me about my career prospects. How will be my career in future, as there is no growth at present.
