please kindly tell me, if i dont know the exact time of birth but know exact date of birth then how can i predict accurately the horoscope.

You cannot get accurate predictions without having an acurate birth time...
You can however "correct" the chart.

You need to ask your client to give you important events in their life - marriage, moves, death of family members - to compare this with progressions/transits and narrow it down.  This process is very tedious and time consumming, so I would save this for experts in this field...
