Hi. I would really appreciate it if somehow my correct ascendant could be found. I was born on 22 June 1985 but there is confusion with the timing...it was something around 2:05 pm or 2:10 pm. Am I a Libra Asc conjunct Pluto or Scorpio Asc conjunct Pluto???? Is there any way I can be sure? I would love to hear from an expert. Plz help :)

I looked at your chart and did it for Bangladesh, I chose the city of Dhaka as its the largest.  If this is not where you were born or close to where you were born my calculations can be off. At this spot on that day the ascendnat changed from Libra to Scorpo at 2:09 PM, so without your time you may never be positive, the reality is even if your Ascendnant is Libra you have very strong SCorpio qualities to the ascendnat, as you pointed out Pluto conjuncts it.  The other differences will be whcih planet rules your chart, again I find a sort of duality, as Venus would be the ruler for Libra and Venus is in Taurus, of coruse if Scorpio rules Pluto is the ruler which of course is in Scorpio, these planets make a wide opposition to each other and each is very strong as its in its own sign. I tend to look at the energy of the zodiac in pairs or opposites, so when you have the opposites of SCorpio Taurus you are looking at that polarity.  The other two areas this not knowing for sure is going to affect is the timeing of transits and progressions, but quite honestly I don't think most people have an exact enough time of birth to say they are not in the same boat as you.  So to me bottom line is you Ascendnat refelcts your strong character, and you can "own" the Scorpio energy it generates.  YOu are a strong person, with a purpose in life, and I think nothing will stop your from fulfilling your destiny.

If you can get me a place of birth that is more accurate I will look again and make sure the timing of that chagnign degree is the same.
