QUESTION: My wife's due date for giving birth is March 2010 and would like to know which date before 15 March 2010 would be most auspicious so we can schedule the CS operation accordingly. My wife was born on January 28, 1972 (Year of the Pig) while I was born on May 25, 1964 (Year of the Dragon). Your advice is very much appreciated.

ANSWER: Hi,

The best days for having a baby in the first two weeks of March are the 4th, 6th, 10th and 12th.

The best for compatibility is the 6th, a Rabbit day. The next best is the 10th, a Sheep day. Both of these are extremely compatible with the mother, the Rabbit being more compatible with the father. Both these dates add a gentle side to a child born in this Tiger year.

The next best is the 12th, Rooster. This is compatible with the mother but at odds with the father. This child is likely to be stronger and more independent but will probably be more argumentative. The 4th is on Ox day, very much at odds with the father and not all that good with the mother. You'd be looking at a very stubborn child.

Hope you can also give the best days to give birth for the whole of March 2010 as my wife's obstetrician & gynecologist doctor just informed that the birth might need to be delayed as she has some infection.

Other auspicious days for a birth in March are the 18th 26th and 30. The 18th is another Rabbit day, so it is an excellent choice. The 26th is a Pig day, which is also great for both of you. And, luckily, the 30th is yet another Rabbit day. So any of these three are good days for having a baby and also good days for you both.
