Hello, I lost my mother last Saturday and since then I am feeling a little alone. My coworkers/friends and family have really reached out to me trying to help me through this difficult time. However I have 1 friend who is supposed to be my closest. I truly love this girl, but in my eyes she has let me down in supporting me in the loss of my mother. I asked for help regarding transportation to my mother's house to pack and she assured me she could help the day before and the morning of. Then she backs out on my saying she had something to do (that she would ave know of before hand) and will get me a ride another way after I asked her repeatedly the day before and the morning of if she was sure she could help me out. When the other ride fell through I had wasted half a day and still had to take public transportation. I was pissed about it and let her know. She did not answer me back or even attempt to call me or text me. She ducked me for 2 days.I had to contact her 2 days later and tell her how hurt I was by her not talking to me, for her to even attempt to contact me back I am now viewing her as selfish and self-centered and want to just end all contact with her altogether, but I love her. I ad a dream I wass cleaning my room with another friend, my Vietnamese friend I work in a pharmacy with, and we were mostly digging out hidden clothes and folding them up, and I found a name tag with my friend's, the one I'm upset with, name on it, but spelled wrong. I typed all of that to ask this, do I need to let go of loving this girl or is my anger clouding my vision? Sometimes I think we are soulmates, meant for each other and times I don't trust her. Please help me get some clarity on the situation. My number is 11. Thank you sincerely.
