My DOB if 6th March 1963, Born in South America, Guyana, time is
7:30 am. I am currently living in Florida State. I am planning in moving because of the finanicial situation in this state. Do you see if I will be moving this year. And if I move up to the North America will there good for me (Minnesota State)

Based on your birth information I would say you have a strong possibility of moving within the year.  Your Angles, first, fourth, seventh and tenth houses all have early degree's of the cardinal signs on them, so this means you have changes in many areas of your life on the way. It also looks like you have been under some pressure for a while now, so your feeling just getting away from things could be good.  When your chart is moved to Minnesota its improved a little, but these planets will still have a major effect on you, I tried Michigan just to see what would happen and in that case your chart has almost all pressure off it.  You cannot move and totally avoid natal transits but you can lessen the effect, so going north is beneficial but won't solve all your problems
